Access to and/or use of this Rubi Zippers portal confers the status of USER, who accepts, from such access and/or use, the General Terms of Use set out herein. These Terms shall apply independently of the General Contracting Terms that may be mandatorily applicable.

www.rubizippers.com provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs or data (hereinafter, “the content”) on the Internet belonging to Rubi Zippers or its licensors, to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for using the portal. This responsibility extends to any registration required to access certain services or content. In such registration, the USER shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a result of this registration, the USER may be provided with a password for which they shall be responsible, undertaking to use it diligently and confidentially. The USER undertakes to make appropriate use of the content and services (such as chat services, discussion forums or news groups) that the Company that created the website offers through its portal and, by way of example but not limitation, not to use them to (i) engage in illicit, illegal activities or activities contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) disseminate content or propaganda that is racist, xenophobic, illegally pornographic, advocates terrorism or violates human rights; (iii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of the Company that created the website, its suppliers or third parties, introduce or disseminate computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems capable of causing the aforementioned damage; (iv) attempt to access and, where applicable, use other users’ email accounts and modify or manipulate their messages. Rubí Zippers complies with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December approving the implementing regulations of the Organic Law, and any other regulations in force at any given time, and ensures the proper use and processing of the user’s personal data. The relationship between Rubí Zippers and the USER shall be governed by applicable Spanish law, and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Rubí, Barcelona.
